Dropped off a vehicle for what seemed like a simple repair from a previous install and never heard from them until I called and was fixed 15 minutes later.Was disappointed with the lack of follow up and service for this issue, will not come back
I have been going to this location for over a decade now, and they consistently provide great and trustworthy service. They do their best to squeeze me in same day when needed, and are very accommodating with appointments. Ive never had to bring my car back twice when getting something fixed. I would recommend them to anyone.
Matthews picked up my car from Crane Engineering, fixed my tire, changed the oil and had my car back by the end of the day - Great service. Thanks.

Mathews Tire, person named Melissa, was very knowable and was able to get me the best price I could find for an excellent new set of 4 tiers needed for my Honda 2007 Van. She worked with expertise going the extra mile in getting me the best R/H Warranty 3YR 3/32 credit amount back from my bad ties in the amount of $300.00 to put towards my new set of tiers that Matthews Tire put on for me. They did this all within the time I walked through their front door within a 2 hours time slot.My Car drives great, there is no more shaking steering wheel while driving, thanks to their great alignment and tier balance job.I would highly recommend that you go and check out Matthews Tire located on W3092 Van Roy Road, Appleton, WI 54915(920)- 730-2199.
Excellent service
Brought truck in with one tire losing air. No appt. They fit me and and was on my way. Great service.
Had a sporadic noise. Not sure it was something troublesome or not. Danny got me in the same day. They test drove and looked underneath the car and found nothing out of order. Grateful for their quick response and the peace of mind they provided. Same kind of great customer service I always get from the gang at Matthews.
