Matthews Tire changed my spark plugs in a timely manner. The owner was nice to scan a coupon when I forgot to download my coupon from my own computer at the office.
Stopped in to make an appointment to have one of my tires checked as it was slowly leaking air but I could not find a nail in it. They said they could look at it right away, fix it and have it ready for me in 1 and 1/2 hours. Wasn't expecting that but happy to have it taken care of so quickly.

Had to do an oil change and fix a leaky tire again went very well. You guys fixed the tire very promptly and took care of the bill for the leaky tire. I'm very happy!
Generally great service, but frustrated with leaking oil after many visits.
Rick was amazing. Arranged for someone to go to nearby Festival Foods to get air in my daughter' tire, went inside to get her keys and drove car to shop. By the time I arrived it was already being worked on. I paid and left and they returned the car and keys to Festival. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you!
New tire on 5th wheel camper
dropped one vehicle off one day, picked it up the next and dropped off another, picked that up first thing the next morning. Everything done, everything ready, perfect.
Great job as always.
