Tire rotation wasnt done very well. Got the truck back with tire pressures at 30-30-32-38. They also didnt reset the TPMS positions, so my dash monitor is confused now. These are minor things, but make me question the professionalism. If simple things are missed, what other corners are cut that I cannot see? Ive had good service there in the past.

Brought my Plus in to have a burnt out headlight replaced. I remembered having this done recently so I asked if they could check to see if it was the same side. With seconds their records showed it was the other side replaced. They squeezed my car into the lineup and replaced the headlight in no time. Thank you Matthews Tire!

Needed a belt done in a hurry for a family trip. They fit me in as soon as they could and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Very friendly staff and an enjoyable experience just dropping my vehicle off. Called for a quote before I showed up and it was spot on. No surprises
