Always a pleasant experience at Matthews tire. They do all my service needs. They are always professional and do nice work in a quick fashion.

Fast and Friendly

Found and fixed annoying rattle under the car. Cheap at $65. Friendly staff at drop off and pick up. Great hours - dropped off at 6:30 PM, pick up the same. Thinking about using one of the bicycles they have next time.

Very Disappointed

Had new tires put on here in February and noticed a shimmy after installation. This of course was after a front end alignment which they said I needed but really don't think I did. Went for oil change this past week and to have the shimmy looked at. After checking balance they said all tires were out. Obviously didn't do a good job originally during installation. Then during oil change the supposed technician spilled oil all over. Took back to have cleaned and they did that but after spraying engine the belt is now squealing. Did offer a free oil change but afraid there will not be a next time, too incompetent and horrible experience. Could get better service at Walmart. Shame on Matthews Tire.
