Preparing for road trip

Scheduled our 05 Buick for up comming road trip to Florida.. after your inspection a few problems were identified and an estimate was prepared .. upon speaking with your service writer and he explained needed repairs and permission was given to proceed with an estimated time project would be completed.. later that same day I received a call our car repairs had been completed an ready to pickup. I was unable to pickup my wife to drop her of at MATTHEWS so they offered to pick her up at our home and take her to your facility , excellent!! My Wife and I thank your team for all your effort of making this a stress free experience... On the road again JS/PS

Staff always friendly. 1.5 hours was my quoted time for an oil change and tire rotation WITH an appointment. That seemed excessive. My car was there for almost 2.5 hrs! That is rediculous. No way it should take that long for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an 8am appt.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly on Saturday morning.7-27-19

Rear brake problem

Rear brake problem over the weekend. Called wary Monday morning. Was able to obtain a 9:30 am appointment. Needed calipers and disks. Was out by noon. Appreciated the fast appointment and work. I will be back.
