Oil Change/Battery Check

Everything good. Just surprised a charge for checking battery. Been a long time since I had to do that. When I worked at Firestone and Good Year years ago that was a courtesy assuming when needed one would purchase there.

Tire reloacement

I took my car in at 2:30pm and it was not ready until 6:00 pm plus it was $40.00 more than Tires Plus in Oshkosh. Not a pleasing experience. I was told it would be ready in two hours.I was told the price higher because of a lot of overhead. Then a 4 1/2 hour wait makes me think they dont have enough overhead. And I am sure they sell more them Tires Plus. I am very disappointed, I have always enjoyed coming to Matthews now I have think if I want to go back and get screwed again with cost and service.
