Oil change

Done promptly. Advisor recommended other services, but didnt pressure me to take all of them.

Disappointed

Disappointed that my son waited 4 hours for an oil change. Mail reason for coming in was to look at sidewall damage that I expected would be replaced under road hazzard coverage only to be told not punctured -its ok. Would have thought an advisor could have come out and done that up front. Probably would have scheduled oil change for later. Not considerate of customers time!!

Long time customer from 90s. I can say that the company is very professional and impeccable service! My rating is 1-10 (12)! If you prefer star rating !Thank you all employees @ Levin tire company! A shout out to Jim (Valpo) location stay positive stay strong!
