Loved being able to make an appointment on-line. Spoke to Quinn the morning of my appointment and he was so friendly and helpful.
The sevice was great, Went on a Friday first thing in the morning. Was out in about 2 1/2 hours. Had some other stuff taken care of as well, 3 new tires and a new battery. My quote did have to be adjusted due to computer error but was still reasonable considering .
The service was good as I expected, the only problem is the coffee maker is not available. So far everything went well
Quickly diagnosed my wheel/Tire issue. Replaced good quality tire in timely fashion, rechecked my wheel alignment and got the car ready. Working excellent shape.
FAST SERVICE TIRES IN STOCK GOOD PRICE
When my car was towed to the service center after 9 pm, I thought the fuel pump had failed. The next day, however, a technician explained that it may have been a part more costly to repair but that a diagnostic was needed. It turned out to be a relatively simpler repair that cost about 20% of the original estimate and my car was ready earlier than anticipated as well.I am grateful for the technicians who took the time to diagnose the issue rather than replace expensive parts unnecessarily. They showed honesty and integrity through their actions.
I'm a satisfied customer. I love that they are a full service shop.

Bought goodyear tires online. I had them installed at Highland Goodyear. Service advisor Mike identified some other services that my vehicle needed. Everything was explained to me and the work was completed on time as promised!
Mike always makes sure to do the right thing the first time!
