I asked to look for exhaust leaks the found one in the muffler. The muffler was replaced, but the weld looked like crap and there was a leak still at the top of the connection. I took it back, they said they fixed it. Drove home checked it, and there is still a leak. Also the exhaust manifold has a leak that they never told me about that now needs to be fixed.

Having recently purchased a used 2013 Equinox, I was dismayed to be hearing a knocking noise when I drove on rough pavement. The professionals at Levin found the source of the noise and recommended a repair plan which made good sense. Mike, the service writer contacted my warranty company and obtained approval for the repairs. Mike promised they would have the work done by closing and it was! My knocking noise is gone and another serious problem with the main transaxle seal was also discovered. Replacement of this seal will occur tomorrow and I'm certain it also will done on time and correctly. I have gained a lot of trust in Levin Tire over the years and recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs. Thanks and a big at a boy to Mike Warren and his technicians.
