Lamb's did a great job of diagnosing an issue that I thought had been taken care of by another automotive store. They fixed the problem in a timely manner and made the bill reasonable. They provided recommendations for my previous experience. I appreciate their expertise, recommendations, and work at this location.
Went there for an oil change and they told me I needed new break pads. I went home and checked my pads and had a half of pad left. Will never go back they are just trying to take my money for services not needed.
As always Lambs diagnosed and fixed a problem with my SUV.

I was disappointed that, after 2 years of going to this location and trusting their opinions for when/which services my car needs, they tried to sell my unsuspecting 17yo daughter a $90 service that wasn't recommended by the manufacturer for another 20,000 miles. The manager gave my husband a reason, but it was weak. Everyone is trying to make a buck---but performing unnecessary procedures on a car is like stealing, in my opinion. And stealing from my teenage daughter because she's inexperienced and easily convinced is really sad. I thought this location had higher standards.
Seemed very slow as I was only there for an inspection but satisfactory.
I am staying with Lamb's at Sunrise because I feel I am getting good service and honest representation. They have always taken good care of my automobiles.

I brought my truck to Lamb's because of the excellent reputation among friends and family. The other is because of the proximity for the urgent alignment my truck needed. I brought my truck in the morning and explained that I had redone the whole font suspension. The store manager was non judgmental as other places where they judge your abilities by your looks. I came in at 7am and one hour later I was on my way to work. The wheels were properly aligned and drove off a happy customer.I also value a company that takes care of their employees and gives them Sunday's off.
Chris was very helpful as I just arrived in Texas and had to deal with inspections and licensing.Prompt and professional service.Will be back!Denis
