Lexus service

Had Lexus services per an estimate that was provided. After parts arrived, it was found that they did not fit, and more expensive parts were needed. I declined installation of new, more expensive parts - and was charged labor for installation. While I realize this was out of the control of the repair shop, this IS their industry and profession. At a minimum, they should have negotiated the labor charge rather than "sticking" the customer with it...
