Always excellent service

Lamb's in Georgetown has always provided me with excellent service. They are sometimes very busy and when this is the case may have difficulty estimating when a job will be finished, but given the quality of the service and the fact that word has obviously gotten out about that, you have to expect them to be slammed on occasion. I have found them to be very honest and straightforward about what needs to be done. Unlike some other places in town, they have never tried to sell me service or parts that were not needed. Good folks, good service, good prices!

Procedure done quickly . Staff recognizes me and knows my vehicle.

The services I had done to my vehicle was done in timely fashion and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful

Appointment time 8am

I arrived 7:50am, told them I had called for an appointment for 8am.They pulled my pickup in at 8:45. Strike one!They quoted me an approximate price of $140/tire. Then apologized when the price came back at $245/tire. Strike two!I asked for an oil change and "Lube". They said they normally don't grease the vehicle, but, said they had a grease gun in the back and would grease it. They maybe at best hit 2 grease points, and at check out said they had greased it. I said all 11(grease points) and they said yes. Strike Three!I drove out at exactly 10am.Not happy!

Good Service

I was pleased with the service that I received on Saturday. I came in for an oil change. I had made an appointment. What impressed me the most is the NO pressure to purchase other things, wipers, brakes etc. They simply put the recommendations on the receipt and let me decide if and when I will do the work. Again NO pressure. That is really important. I hope all of your service tech do the same.
