NOT pleased at the wait.
I came in for front end alignment and brake inspection. Twenty minute repair took SIX HOURS. And ended up costing $400 for what is typically a $75 repair. I felt bullied by the staff who insisted I needed to buy a tire when I had just had the tire inspected by another shop and they said it was fine, but Lamb's wouldn't do the alignment unless I bought a new one. And when I stood up to the salesman he bullied me and told me there was nothing else to do and my truck wouldn't run if I didn't. They quoted me an hour and a half. I sat for six hours while they had to get a tire from another shop that was only a few miles down the road and then it sat for an hour on the shop floor when it DID arrive. I was livid. I was also treated as if I were annoying the staff when I asked for status updates. I will say the work done was quality. Kudos for that. Lamb's work usually is. But now I remember why I quit going to Lamb's in the first place. Your customer service sucks.
