Unethical Manager
If I could give fewer Stars, I would. The manager, Steve Jordan, used to own the place. He is rude, a crook, and will not honor the warranty that comes with the repairs performed less than six months ago. He also quoted me a $2800 repair bill, and Lewis Automotive did the work for $481. Hmmmm? Before Steve Jordan took over, I loved dealing with Paul, Robert, and the guys. Since he took over, each time I went in, there was always an issue. I tried to report him to Goodyear Corporate, a big waste of time. I reported him to the Tire and Service Network, and they said they couldn't help me because I only live two miles from the shop, and I would have to live 25 miles away for them to honor the warranty. Not sure what that's all about, but I see the scam now. I have reported him to the BBB, and there is a case open on him now. We'll see how that works out, but in the interim, I can a least tell everyone that I can to run from this place at all costs.
