I took my Honda in for a pre-trip service and got excellent service for a reasonable price. Ive been coming to Jim Coopers for awhile and will continue to do so.
I had my sequoia repaired and when I was leaving I asked Jeremy about a problem with my other vehicle. He knew exactly what was wrong. He told me it would be a quick fix and theyd fit me in in morning. I was in and out in no time. Jeremy is always friendly and knowledgeable. I trust him. You guys always do great work at a decent price!

Coopers took the time to look at my brakes and found them to be functioning properly. Appreciate the time taken to look into issue and confirm everything was ok.
My visit went ok and the repair I wanted was done quickly. However, I had gone in for a diagnosis of a wobble ahead of time, and instead of the $229 that fixed the issue, they tried quite hard to sell me OVER ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS OF REPAIRS. I am extremely disappointed, and no longer trust Jim Cooper Auto on Diffley.

I have 2 cars and have dealt with Jim Cooper for years. Always satisfied with their work. This time, however, when I picked up my car there were 2 separate foot long cracks in my windshield that weren't there when I brought it in. Naturally, you give the company the chance to fix the problem first. But they denied any responsibility so that's why I'm commenting here. I now have to put in an insurance claim for something that happened on their parking lot.. I think this could have been handled better for a long-standing customer. I will continue to take my vehicles there for servicing. As I said, their work is very good.
Been coming here for many years and they did their usual good job. Jim S. will be missed.
I was able to schedule appt for oil change and tire rotation within a day. Always given straightforward and excellent service.
They did a wonderful job and were very helpful.
