I bring all my cars, domestic and foreign to Hornsby and have done so for years. I think that says it all.

The customer service was good but the only thing that I didnt like was I was told everything they was gonna do and had done,I was not able to see any of the work that were done, like the parts that were bad and the new parts that were being put in ..plus I was not told that my truck was ready, that was weird and suspicious(2 coils and 16 spark plugs) did they do both??? And yes I wanted to take a look because these guys are not cheap(1,220.00$).. other than that da Truck runs good

I was fortunate enough to Attend this business on a day where I was having an emergency; I had a flat tire that needed to be repaired and so had my car towed there. I was welcomed upon my arrival; The waiting area was welcoming and clean, the service person patiently answered my questions and I was giving a fair quote for future business. I am looking forward to utilizing their services in the Near future.

I was told they did a fantastic job so thats why I opted to have my tires shipped there and have them put on and they did not disappoint. These guys are stand-up guys. They did a great job good follow up and communication.
