Was forecasted a 70.00 rebate on set of 4 Michelin tires on Friday , when I went in on Monday and had tires mounted was told when checking out that the discount had expired . Disappointed this was not communicated 2 days prior ..

Disappointed

A long time customer, I dropped my car off at 6:35 am this morning (Friday and shipyard worker) for an oil change. Through the day I heard nothing but could not conceive a simple oil change had not been done. And, since I had heard nothing, I assumed there was no "problem".At 2:45 I went to get the car and was told it was "the next one in". I live in Suffolk (Friday afternoon) and said I need my key, was given my key with no comment from Hornsby, and I left.I am not sure what I will do going forward, but I know how I feel at this moment. Truly not up to the usual customer service standard you had set and truly a game changer for me.

Steering Issues

You folks always do good work! I had my steering gear replaced due to some driving issues. Got the car back and it still doesnt feel right. Called the shop & was told to bring it right back so the problem can be further investigated. Always stand by your work which is great customer service. Thanks for what you do.
