Love the customer service
I went to the Sterling Hogan & Sons this past Saturday. I arrived at 8:10 am in the morning and asked for them to complete an oil change and tire rotation. It was not until 9:15 am that they came to ask me if I wanted to complete all of the typical extra things that mechanics seeks to solicit you to add on. They did not finish my services until 9:30 am and finally removed my car from the shop. While everyone was really nice and the service appears to be quality, this visit took way too long. It should not have lasted an hour and twenty minutes when I was the ONLY one in the shop when I arrived. I cannot return to a shop that does not value my time more. Being nice cannot overcome slow service.
Just in for an inspection. In and out. Friendly staff.
