I called to have my truck service and was told to "bring it in now." All service done as requested and at a fair price.
First I wasn't asked what tires I wanted or how much I could spend. Guy just wrung up a sheet with all the bells and whistles and expensive tires. It was almost $800 for a compact car!! Then 5 hours and $500 (which j didn't have) later (4 tires, oil change and inspection) I got to pick up my car. After I left I noticed the oil monitor had not been reset, no sticker on the window and no valve stem covers on any tire. I'm seriously worried about what else was forgotten and if an oil change was even done at all. What if something important was forgotten? I had to go back to have the details finished. Unacceptable. Attention to detail and customer service should be more than free coffee and making a few bucks off a single woman.
The staff here are trustworthy and dependable. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. Very professional!
The inspection took a very short time and they honored the coupon I took with me. Every thing was professional and smooth.
When showing a picture of the object that penetrated my tire the sales agent's first response was, "We cannot fix that". My response was "I just had another tire on a different vehicle fixed in the same place this week". He then said let's look at it. He then proceeded to try and sell me a warranty plan. I just feel his first intent was to increase his ticket sale vs helping me in my situation.

Poor management and customer relationship skills. Inefficient in handling multiple problems at one time. Work got backed up-long wait times.
Hogan and Sons and provided me with an outstanding service for my for the past 8 years. They let me know in advance what needs to be done for future service and the price quote which is very reasonable.I always rely and their outstanding service. I'm in and out in no time. Love their shuttle service if you are not willing to wait.

The guys that work at the south riding are always helpful and engaging and help in every way possible. Joe and the guys are great to work with. I've been coming to this location since 2009 and won't take my cars anywhere else
