Dolf in Service is one of the most thoughtful high end service professionals I've ever been in contact with. I pinched a nerve in my neck the day before I was supposed to get my brakes serviced. Not only did he call to check in on me with no rush to do the service, but he sent 2 technicians to my house to pick up my Jeep SRT, bring it to the shop, perform the work and then dropped it back off in my driveway. I have been immobilized for a week and he went WAY ABOVE and beyond to help me while I was down and out. I have ALWAYS shopped for best price in my life...I will forever think of this level of service and I will bring my vehicle to Dolf from here on out!!!

Not reliable, dont recommend

I have been using this shop for the last couple years but not sure what is going on latterly but this shop is not reliable any more.Back in 03/2016 this year, I brought my car there for services including oil change, inspection, emission, passenger compartment air filter change, and others. Next day, when I renew the registration with DVM, it was indicated that I need emission, I called the shop and asked what was going on, they told me it had not been done yet. Can you believe it! Two days after the service, I got a call from a shop; the guy let me know that my passage compartment air filter had not been changed. Thank god, there is an honest person on that shop. Can you believe this? I was wondering what else they had not completed. I brought my car back for missing service and complained and they give me $20.00 credits and I believed one of the managers told me that he fired that guy.

Emissions Testing

I have an older model car that required emissions testing after having exhaust work done. It had trouble passing. The folks at Hogan gave me guidance on what steps to take and after the 7th time it was tested, it finally passed. The total charge: $28...the cost of one emissions test. Amazing customer service, I will be back!
