I needed my emission test done. The gentlemen behind the counter were very polite and got my car finished in much less time then they had quoted. I really appreciated it because I had my one year old daughter with me and didn't want to have to make her wait too long. I would return to this shop again. Thank you!

Disappointed

Started off good but as I was leaving I noticed that my tires had not been rotated even though I was charged for it. They promptly took it back in and did the work. Just made me concerned about the other work I had done. Front suspension, wheel alignment, oil change.

Tire installation/inspection

Called H&S kind of last minute looking for tires. I asked for a bunch of quotes online and the quotes were emailed very quickly. Very friendly people answering the phones/at the desk. Got the job done in a very reasonable time with really no worries on my part. Probably going to give these guys a shot at "other car work" now.

100 Mile Check up

No problems. Scheduled appointment and my only surprise was changing tires and alignment check would take 2 hours.They explained it took that amount of time to do the job correctly.
