Awesome as always

I had two tires (new) loosing air. Troy thought I was being my usual neurotic self, but they put air in and within 5 minutes it had lost 5 lbs. I did not want to wake up to a flat so they managed to fit me in. I had to wait a bit longer than anticipated, but it was an inconvenience to their schedule and they did have to turn some work away til the next day or later in the week; but they accommodated me. I wasn't being neurotic! A sensor and stem were shot on one and there was a screw in the other! Two issues at once! They got the sensor and stem delivered and patched my tire. PLUS, they ground down the rough edges on those two rims since they had tires off. This is something that happens with age and they took the time to fix!

Nice fast work

Recently had an unknown leak and only 1dy off from work to have diagnosed & repaired. I am happy to say it was promptly fixed by the same afternoon. A sincere thank you to Jim, Troy and Alex. EB

Repair of slow leaking tire

Rt front tire had recently been leaking a lb of pressure per day. Hogan repaired the air valve stem. So far so good.

Hogan and Sons went ABOVE and BEYOND. I had problems with my car from another shop and not only did they right the wrong, but they also held my hand through the whole process. I am so grateful for their always happy attitude, funny and light hearted banter that actually made this annoying situation so much better. Troy in particular was always in contact, provided updates and made me feel like I was his only client. I will continue to come back again and again to this shop for their great services and beyond incredible staff!

06 Ford Explorer/New Starter

The service was prompt and friendly. Alex was my "service manager". My one concern is that the starter that was put in sounds like one designed for MUCH larger vehicles (you can HEAR the difference). It works but I think it may be overkill. Also, at $239 it is nearly twice the retail of comparable starters for my car. My car is a V6 not a V8 and it isn't a "truck" or large van so it seems I may have been upsold without my permission. I was informed of the total price prior to repair but I wasn't informed of the "part" in question. It wasn't until I started it that I realized the difference. I've owned three V6 explorers and I've driven large Ford vehicles before and I recognize that heavy duty starter sound.
