Cold Customer Service
I have been a customer for a longtime and I am usually satisfied with the service provided, however one of your employee can be sarcastic about people or me. He is not very welcoming to me anyway. I don't know the reason because I am a very good customer. He looks very judgmental. Whatever his experiences are with other people, he should know everyone is different. My Oil light was not reset. I am not sure I had an oil change. I brought my car with the oil dash marked at 90% and they gave my car back with the same 90%. I usually have an Oil change every six months or so regardless if needed. I will still recommend this place based on prior experiences. The shuttle drivers are very nice and friendly.

Expensive date with Hogan's
I brought my 2006 Pilot in for a punctured tire and ended up having to replace two of them plus other work. Hogan's always delivers although I think service is somewhat slow but that could be due to many unforeseen and hidden factors. I ended up having to take vacation time for the new tire installation, alignment, and new TPMS for the tires. Expensive date with Hogan's but worth it for main my commuting vehicle.

I needed a new tire all of a sudden on a Sunday afternoon and not only did Mel tell me exactly why I needed that tire (leading me to a much needed alignment) but had me in and out in 3 hours. And having 3 kids in tow that day was amazing! Not only that but he gave me a list of things I needed from a quick walk around so I can manage my day to day maintainence on my schedule. I will deff be back for all my car needs. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy guy!
