I purchased 4 new tires with installation from Hogan and Sons. The Manager, Denis, was very professional and helpful. The office and shop was clean and organized. Job well done. I will return to this shop in the future.
So far so good! We used Goodyear while stationed in San Antonio, TX. The guys at that particular store could never be compared to anyone, that's how great they were! Even our new car was serviced by them instead of the dealership. So far, so good.
My son has been going to the business for several years and we found Hogan's honest, fair and skilled, with reasonable prices.
Great Service! Quick- took about 20-30 minute to change 1 tire! There was no wait at 8AM! The associate helped recommend a tire so it would close likely match my other 3 tires so I could avoid replacing them all.
Technician repaired tire puncture promptly. Staff was helpful and clear on procedure. Decent price and turnaround.
I appreciate expectation management on when my flat will be fixed, follow through with a phone call on car being ready and reaching out the next to ensure I was satisfied. Great service!!!
vehicle needed oil change and check of brake light staying on. determined there was leak around master cylinder; needed to be replaced; chose rebuilt model; while clearing brake lines there was break through on corrodedline connecting rear brake; replaced; manager noted cracks on tire walls for two tires; replaced; took care to fix problems esp those related to safe driving; illustrates need to service brake system and react when brake light goes on

I went to Hogan and Sons in need of a quick inspection visit. They got me in the next morning and were extremely customer service oriented. Will go back if I need further service!
Quick efficient service and done right the first time! And they will meet or beat dealer pricing!
