Oil Change
I'm not sure what all you look at when you do an oil change, but I knew for sure that I had a headlight "out on the passenger side of the car, and the third break light wasn't working either. Nobody said a word about those items not working. Too bad "Up Selling", you missed an opportunity. I'm not sure if you test batteries, but oddly enough my battery died on Sunday and I had just had the car serviced on Friday. Oh and did you notice that the car is in desperate need of backing plates? I've been waiting for someone to mention it to me the last few times I've had the tires rotated.
