Everything was fine. Repaired my tire in a reasonable period of time. Joe at the desk was great. Didn't try to sell me 20 things I didn't need.
My initial experience was great, but I was not offered Road Hazard on my tires. I assumed it was discontinued. The day after getting my tires installed I wake up to find my tire pressure is low. When I brought it back, I was told there was a hole in the sidewall and that I had caused it. I find that kind of hard to believe after I had only driven the smooth 6.9 mile journey from Flynn's to my home when the issue started. I was told that if I had bought Road Hazard, there wouldn't have been an issue. I'm now finding myself buying a fifth tire and Road Hazard when I genuinely think the tire was defective or the mounting job was botched. Unfortunately, my service person didn't seem to acknowledge how frustrating this situation was for me, especially because I have bought and USED Road Hazard in the past, and he kept responding "I can't" to almost everything I said. I understand it's hard to be empathetic about tires, but I felt like more could have been done in this situation.
