Repeat customer - found I can buy a better tire for about the same price than at a car dealer. Flynn knows a lot about tires and I was able to buy a very good tire for the money with confidence. Planning on returning from now on.

I needed an inspection and called to have a part ordered and had to keep calling back every day to find out if it came in. There was no interest in finding just the part that I needed (outside lens) and had to pay $200 to have the whole thing replaced altho I could google and get just the outside that I needed. Poor customer service except for upselling the new tires, of course. While Chris was very nice when I did talk to him, there was no proactive communication.
The service I received was top notch. I was made aware of the findings throughout the repair process. The price was less than I expected to pay. Flynn's Tire on Church Rd. has always provided me with friendly, professional service.
Got me in ASAP, matched and then beat a deal at another tire store, with manufacturer prepaid card. Very nice, took their time going over all tire options.
