Waited way too long

I've used this shop for a few services now to my 2 vehicles. I've used other Flynn locations in the past many times. This was the worst experience yet. Service took over 7 hours total for which I had made an appointment for. I waited on the car (although I was at Panera most of the time). I figured 4 hours would be how long it would take and planned to bring work accordingly. I worked on my work then called the shop 3 hours after dropping off to see progress. They stated it would be 2 more hours, so two hours later I walked back to the shop and found that the brakes and flush had barely been started. They stated they had to "run and get a part that was not included in the kit". I waited almost another 2 hours for the work to be done. However, I think 7 hours for a job that I was waiting on is unacceptable. I've had excellent service in the past and was extremely upset that I was made to wait so long and not offered anything but a half-hearted "sorry". Not a good way to keep customers.

Noise & light

I was able to get same day service at Flynn's Tire. They fixed the minor problems and found and fixed more serious brake, tire and control arm problems. This was fortunate as I was about to depart on a long road trip.
