Flynns in Wexford continues to be the gold standard when it comes to both customer service and performance. Since moving to the area a year and a half ago, my husband and I have been more impressed with Flynns than all other relocation-related service changes. They continue to exceed our expectations!
I had a long screw in my tire that ruined it since it was in the sidewall. Flynn ordered my tire and installed it the same day!!! Im very happy with their service and the turn around time.
EVERYTHING WENT WELL
I went in to get some new tires based on the Buy 3, Get 1 free deal. At checkout, the front desk never showed me the paperwork and gave me the total, which seemed close to what I was expecting. When I paid and was handed the paperwork, found out I paid for the "Road Hazard" warranty, even though I was never asked about it. I immediately asked to have it refunded. Staff member took my information and said he'd refund it "later". After 3 days, no credit on my card. So I call them, and explain how I asked to get the refund. I finally received a copy of the refund for the tire warranty, but then it took another 2 days for the credit to come through on the card. Shady business practices by charging for something in which they did not ask if you wanted in the first place. Wonder how many times they've done this and the customer has not noticed.Otherwise, the tire install went great and I am happy with the tires. Would just watch out for sales tactics by the front desk staff.

I have been using Flynn's Tire & Auto for tires, state inspection, and other general vehicle maintenance for years now. Never had an unsatisfactory experience.
