The got me in the same day, had my tires there the next morning, called me and I was in and out! Excellent customer service
Long story short. I called Friday 6/19 and asked for a specific Goodyear tire. I was told they were in stock. No appointment necessary. I show up Saturday 6/20. Man at counter wasn't the most courteous, but it's earlyAM. Hour later I get a call no tires in stock but you have the more expensive ones available. Come on Flinnie. You guys wouldn't even check my alignment that day man said I need an appointment. Friday I didn't. Take me off your customer list
I waited an hour until my car was taken in to be worked on. I do realize the engine was hot and would make an oil change dangerous to the mechanic, but you should inform the customer the wait is needed for safety.

Was at my Car dealership in AM, was told that my tires were shot. Walked in at Flynns that after noon at 2;30 had my new tire mounted & balanced & out the door by 3:15. thanks to ED & the crew
