I got comparable tires for almost half the price and the service here was far better than Firestone's. I know where I'll be getting my winter tires.

I arrived approximately 7;35 A.M. to have my brakes and rotors done. I was there until 10.00A.M. I complained that it should not have taken that long to have my brakes done. I even walked past and noticed that my car was not being serviced.I was insulted and not compensated for wasting my time. I am/was a repeat customer. My endeavor is to be compensated for wasting my time. I was notified that it would take that length of time nor offered an apology.

Wanted a patch not the plug that most shops use.
Recently, I had an issue with the left front tire on my Focus that required frequently adding air. So, Tuesday, after getting off the bus that I ride to work, I hurry over to Flynn's and arrive at approx 6:25. Although they close at 7:00, they immediately took my car into the service bay and begin examining the tire. Much to my surprise, the cause of my problem was found to be a nail. A patch was quickly applied, the tire re-inflated and put back on the car. All done by 7:00 and for a very reasonable price. This type of service is why I continue to be a customer of Flynn's. Top Notch!!
