Work Excellent, Front Desk Sad

Just stopped in for an oil change...front desk asked for a phone number...thinking it was to look up my history, I gave my home phone number and upon finishing said I would be in the waiting room...when work was done, I happened to be in the rest room I suppose while my name was called so the front desk called my home phone number...after being called for another Richard's work, they realized that I was not notified that my car was done earlier...front desk said " I called your number with no answer"...and sure enough, when I got home there was a message that my car was done...same front desk person told my credit card wouldn't work my last visit...he didn't know how to process my "chip" card properly...but that all was worked out in a few days as well...your mechanics always do a fantastic job...very pleased with your shop...just your one front desk gentleman had a few flaws over my past few visits...life goes on.

Blown Tire Replacement

Needed to replace a blown tire that I had purchased there just a few months prior (tire blowout was not due to manufacturer issue). Manager worked out a nice solution to my problem that saved me money.
