Please note, this is an addendum, since I ran out of characters in my previous submission. I feel there was collusion with the service mgr and mechanic on trying to price gouge me. Trust me, I'm posting all over social media about this location. I don't know what happened to the previous mgr but, this new guy is inept & incompetent. Not to mention, an opportunist. Not customer friendly or oriented at all. Besides there is also no diversity with your staffing either. He and his mechanic are going to lose you a lot of business. He couldn't even spell my name correctly. I'm totally insulted by the treatment I encountered. I'm not stupid! Very well educated!

I have purchased tires at Flynn,s in the past, and have been very satisfied. This time, I feel I was misinformed. I asked for the total amount...was quoted 607.96 and was told it would be eligible for a 80.00 rebate. When I paid for tire purchase, the amount was 650.24(tax was not included in original quote), and the rebate was not a cash return...it was in the form of a gift card. This was information that was not given to me prior to purchase. The salesman did give me a coupon 10.00 off 50.00 next service. This is really of no use to me because my vehicle is a lease.

Great service and timely. I will not know how good the alignment was until I observe tire wear pattern.
