Had my vehical worked on and I was very pleased with service and staff there. I went to Orrville location.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were done with my tires much sooner than expected. Friendly, fast, great service!
The amount of time between my mechanic telling me I needed new tires to me coming away with a new set of tires was less than 4 days. The staff was friendly and helpful (Justin helped me), they got me in 2 days after I first stepped through the door. I am happy with the price and the service.
I dropped my car off before work. I received a ride to work. The work was completed by lunch time at which point I received a call.

Got appointment in less than one day to rotate tires. Brakes were diagnosed needing replacement. Did not need another appointment. They got parts in and in less than two hours I was on my way. Work was done in good time and quality. Very Happy!
