The employees and management of the North Huntingdon location are the best I was in for 4 new tires and alignment but I got 4 tires an alignment and people that care so much that they helped me find a noise that my truck was making and fixed it for me (the front lead spring retaining bolts on my truck were lose and had started to back out). I can not speak highly enough about the team you have at this location from the techs to sales to management they work like a true team in absolute symmetry and are 100 % customer focused every person working at this location deserves a raise

Honesty goes a long way

I recently brought in my wife's Honda CRV for brakes and rotors. After installing the brakes and rotors, the manager took the CRV for a test drive and noticed a grinding noise when he touched the brakes so he thought the brake pads were faulty and put on another set of brake pads. Again they made a grinding noise. It was getting close to closing time so the Manager said they needed to keep the car until tomorrow morning so they could figure out what was going on with grinding noise with the new brake pads. The next day the manager called me and said they finally figured out that the brake pads were different for a Japanese made Honda CRV vs an American made CRV and that slight difference was causing the brake pads to grind. I commend Flynn's for being honest and explaining to me what was going on. Most auto service shops would have tried to charge more for the extra time and effort it took to figure out the problem. Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is definitely a place you can trust!

Tire Change

I came in to have winter tires removed and summer tires installed on my 2011 GMC Acadia. Greg and Matt were courteous and professional. However, when I picked the car up, I noticed grease on the driver's seat. I told Matt and he immediately got some grease eating wipes and removed it. He apologized for it happening. Fortunately the seats are leather and it came right off. When I got home, I noticed some more grease on the passenger seat. I removed that. Later, when my wife was driving the car, she noticed the "service tire monitoring system" message on. I called the store and told Matt. He apologized and said that should have been reset at the time of the tire changes. He asked me to bring it up at my convenience . I did and Greg immediately took care of it. It took just a few minutes and I was on my way. I believe the service techs need instructed on making sure they return a car as clean as they got it and that all steps of service be completed. Maybe a checklist?

The Flynn's Tire Company is a family owned business operated by the Flynn family in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Our founders established a reputation of service and value that continues throughout the organization today. We are a family that really knows the tire and auto service business.

Growing from a single location in Mercer Pennsylvania to 28 total locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, our company is still expanding. To serve our retail store network, Flynn's Tire Company has four large warehouses strategically located to ensure that a large variety of tire sizes is available for our 19 retail outlets. As a result of our large buying power and network of locations, we have become a distributor of Goodyear, Dunlop, Kelly, Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal, Hankook, General, Continental, Yokohama, Vogue, Toyo, Pirelli, and more, to other tire retailers, service stations, and car dealers in the Western PA and East/Central Ohio region. Our four Commercial Tire locations service commercial and farm/tractor suppliers and fleets. Additionally, Flynn's Tire Company has a tire retread division to supply truck tires to the motor freight carrier industry.

The Flynn family members all participate in the organization at different levels. However, Flynn's Tire considers all of its associates a part of an extended family and views them as valued members of the team. In fact, we believe we have the most knowledgeable, service-oriented staff anywhere in the tire business. Each and every one of our employees is committed to meeting the needs of our customers.
