I've never had an issue with Flynns and that's why I'm a return customer. On this visit my tires were on a special. Upon checkout, the price I paid was different than what I was quoted on the phone. It was only $10 difference so not a big deal. But I wrote it down and expected it to match. The other thing is I paid for a 3 year alignment package. When I went to pick up my vehicle the alignment wasn't done nor was I asked if I wanted it done. The employee didn't know I had the package. I don't find fault with the employee on this one, I find fault with your system that should have notified them that your customer has this package. I had to leave my vehicle there an extra day to get the alignment done. Which didn't have to happen and I wasn't happy about obviously.

I have never been to Flynn's prior to this visit. I was very surprised at the friendliness and help that they supplied. We got a great deal on better tires than we originally wanted. I will be going back because of the service.
