The guys at Flynn squeezed me in and got my tires and alignment done the before the weekend when I told them I was going away. They are so nice and have never tried to rip me off. I will only take my vehicle to them. I really feel like I can trust those guys unlike most places that will try to take advantage of me because im a woman.
I shopped around at several local tire dealerships before deciding to select Flynn Tire. When I finally placed the order I was told the tires would be in the next day and someone would call to make an appointment when the tires arrived. I had my wife make the appointment and take the truck in for tires and alignment. She ended up being there for 3+ hours and I feel that was excessive for the services we had done. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the shop does quality work. I feel like there is room for improvement on scheduling work. If I choose to use Flynn again we will drop the vehicle off in the morning and pick up later in the day rather than sitting there for hours. I just wish someone would have suggested that when we made the appointment.

my experience was excellent. The price was good for the tires we bought. Customer Service was outstanding. everyone dealt with people, be they walk ins or phone calls in a completely professional manner. we own a business, so we know how much that means ! Matt handled our transaction and did everything he could to make it a positive experience. The 2.5 wait time was a little disappointing, but hey . it was the last the day of your mega sale, so that was understandable. Matt explained that to me and made me comfortable. besides, you had coffee and SportsCenter in the waiting area so no problem. I even picked up a few tips for my fantasy draft. We'll be back to Flynn's whenever we need tires. Great job.
Flynn Tire is my go to store for tires and service. Dan, Tracy and Matt are always knowledgeable of the services and products. Flynn is great for low profile tires and Hi Performance wheel installs. Their tire pricing combined with install and their road hazard is very competitive.
