Even in a very busy time all staff was very courteous. I got tires and then had questions about getting an alignment. They explained about that and proceeded to do the alignment. The woman at the front desk is exceptionally good. Great customer service while juggling phone calls, costumers, etc.

I took my car to an auto parts store that does free battery and charging system tests for a quick assessment. I was told that the 4-year old battery was fine but the alternator was shot. The parts store does not install alternators. I made an appointment at Flynn's, my usual place of business for repairs. Flynn's rechecked the system and determined it was indeed the battery, which was less than half the cost of an alternator. I was NOT charged a restocking fee on the un-needed alternator.
