Problem Solved

I bought a winter tire and wheel package by mail order to avoid hauling 4 sets in my car. Naturally, I had a vibration problem. Flynn's examined the tires, rebalanced, road tested and created documentation of the problem that I needed for the original supplier. With the personal attention and service, I'll be back to Flynn's to directly purchase my summer tires from them in 2015.

Great customer service

I originally was going to Mr. Tire for a set of tires. After trying 3 times to order the tires and set up an appointment (and getting forgotten about 3 times), I decided to go to Flynn's. They were able to price match Mr. Tire and the salesperson (Matt) was great! He took the time to explain how my particular tires wear down and things that I should look for. He didn't try to pressure me to buy add on's, but did review the cost of the alignment and the adjustment of the steering assist. He made me feel very comfortable with the work that was getting done on my vehicle.

I have always received prompt and excellent service for the many years I have been going to Flynn's Tire Service. I would recommend Flynn to all my family and friends.

Poor

Went to the garage on 11/19 to have my tires re-balanced as there was a vibration. I specifically asked to have the areas looked at because I wondered if the tire balancing would be the entire issue. On 11/22 I had to take the car back in and told the pads and were worn and grinding metal on metal. This inconvenience and waste of time is not acceptable. The initial check- if it had been done -would have resulted in additional revenue and saved me a lot of time meanwhile.
