Was tired of getting ripped off at the dealer for 5k maintenance. Flynns didn't charge me for a whole bunch of extra things. Time estimate was slightly off, but well worth the wait.

I was able to schedule the appt. when I wanted it; you were ready for me when I arrived; the time spent was relatively short; and the coffee was good.

Balancing Problems

After initially getting the tires installed, upon entering the highway the steering wheel began shaking at 60 mph. So, I took the car back a few days later to have the tires rebalanced... and the next time I got on the highway the same thing happened. So, I had to take it back a second time and the gentlemen fixed the balancing problem. In taking the car back twice to get rebalanced I missed about 3 hours of work, so needless to say I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Oil Changes

I have been getting service from you for many years on all of my vehicles and the last three visits have been disappointing. The last time I had my oil change the service man did not put the return sticker on my windshield that caused me a delay of 2000 miles plus in greeting pile change. Then on 9/4 I got my oil change and again no sticker and the service man got grease on my car mat. Last week we dropped my wife's car off for oil change and service man left lug nut off of one of my wheels that my neighbor noticed and just happened to have a honda lug nut. Not sure what is going on but minor things like stickers and placing floor protective mat and making sure that all the wheels are on securely needs to be addressed.
