Bad Attitude - From Both of Us
When one CSR in particular handles my vehicles it's not a pleasant visit. With the others, it's always a good visit. For this particular visit, I left my van to get 4 new tires. Seconds after this was entered in the computer, I said "Oh and I'd like an oil change". I watched the CSR's face as he disgustedly went back and entered this in. I knew to watch his face as I'd seen this before from him. The CSR called me 15 minutes later to say I'd forgotten to leave my keys. I nicely said that I had left them there. He then found them in his pocket. I said not to worry, I'd done that many times, no big deal. When I went to pick up the van, I wasn't paying attention, and was coming at the door from an angle, and unknowingly walked on cement that had been recently poured and 'coned off'. When I came in the door I immediately knew something was wrong as the CSR gave me those same disgusted looks. When I realized what I'd done, i checked to see that no footprints were made and informed him of it.
