Everything was fine except you charged me for tire disposal, but left the old tires in the car instead of disposing of them.

mounting tires

did a fine job of mounting tires. also showed me damaged wheel which they recommend I replace. Also a leveIing problem with my suspension caused them to recommend deferring an alignment until it could be checked out by dealer. Appreciate their willingness to not do work that the car isn't ready for.

Seriously?

I made an appointment for two tires and alignment, and to have the tire pressure monitors checked because the light was on. You had my car for 24 hours, and when I picked it up, the tire light was still on. When I got home I realized that you installed tires of the incorrect aspect ratio on my car. The car has previously been at Flynn's, and had 4 of your tires installed previously. I alled the manager who agreed to put the correct tires on the next day. On arrival,I again requested to have the tps reset, as your adds promise. When my car was finished, the manager told me that the battery was dead in one sensor, and did not offer any kind of service. Excuse me-the only time that you can change sensors is when the tires are off, and you had mine off twice in two days. I'm not taking it back for a third visit, and any planned new tire purchases will be made elsewhere. Your people were polite, but the job didn't get done. Maybe you need to invest in more help.
