Staff is personable, knowledgeable, informative and accomadating. I always leave satisfied. I've been a customer at this location before it was Flynn's, ie, EW Tire, as well as most of my family and have referred many and they are always pleased with the service provided too!
Had no problem with the service. People were great ...sometimes a little to professional. Only problem is the 'Low tire' light was on and was told VW's need time to re-calibrate. Not true. When I checked the PSI on my new tires when the idiot lite didn't go away...3 of the tires were low at 35 psi and only one was at the correct psi of 38.
Great with everything
I had just left my mechanic's garage and within a minute, heard a thumping sound on my right tire. A stud had pierced it. So I drove to Flynn's and dropped off my car 30 minutes after closing time. An attendant happened to see me, opened the door, and took my keys and note, assuring me I'd get a call in the morning. They were able to take out the stud and repair the tire. For get this, $19.99! I'm not sure you can get this kind of great service anywhere. Love these guys at Flynn! Honest, fair, and great customer relations! Thanks!

We dropped the car off at 7:30am to see if the tire could be repaired. I had not heard from anyone, so I called about 11:30am to check on the car. No one had looked at it yet and said they'd call me. I understood, as it was a drop-off. But at 2:30pm, I still hadn't heard anything. I was slightly upset at this point because the day was almost over and it was a simple tire repair. Finally about 3:15p I heard from Scott the manager. He was very nice and explained to me the tire could not be fixed. He had a new tire put on and I was ready to go before 4:30pm. I wasn't happy about the time it took to have my car seen/fixed. I feel if I had worked with Scott earlier, I may have been seen sooner. I am glad the tire was able to be fixed that day and the cost was reasonable. The wait time however, was not acceptable.
