I drive for Uber Friday and Saturday nights and NEED both headlights to work properly. Flynn's North Hills location squeezed me in and replaced both headlamp bulbs in less than an hour on a very full Saturday morning. Thanks!

I went in for my Periodic Tire Pressure Check and Balance.... I knew I would be needing Tires soon, perhaps this coming Summer during my Annual Inspection. As it was, my Tires were below the Recommended 4/32 Tread Depth, so I ended-up Buying (four) New Goodyear Comfort Tread Tires. Man: What a Ride-Diffrence with New Tires.... Thank You!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. But there are a couple points I believe should be given consideration.1. I called on a Saturday and made an appt. for the following Monday; however, when I arrived Monday, the tech said he could not locate my appt. Fortunately, he was able to get my vehicle in without much delay. Had he not be able to get me in at all or had I been made to wait for a considerable time, it would have been my last visit to that location and possibly all Flynn's locations. Your tech should be uber diligent in making sure appts. are entered into your system.2. Have you ever considered directing your installers to take an extra 2 minutes and apply a tire shine upon completion? It may seem trivial, but after spending $1,000 on tires, it would have been a nice finishing touch.

EVERYONE else charges you for what Flynn does for free - lifetime rotations, balances, old tire disposal, precise mounting. I have been going nowhere else, for 10+years. The tires NEVER lose air, for all the years used. Plus, if the tires don't make the mileage warranty, they will pro-rate your new ones! All you have to do is have them rotated every 4,000 miles. all this, and the price of the tires is the same as everywhere else. Go here!!!
