Installed my tires quickly, but there is no waiting room

I came for brake job at 7:50am and there was one car there finishing up" I was told it would take 40 mim to 1 hour. It took almost 6 HOURS. They didnt right have pads even though I had called the day before. They told me while they were waiting on pads they would get it all done except front pads and ket me out 20 minutes after they got there. It was an hour and 40 minutes after they got there and I]they had not done any of my brakes . At 1:30pm I am watching them do my back brakes not front. You have no waiting room any more and because of COVID there are no places to wait. I live in the country so I was 45 minutes from home and no nobody there. You do all my oil changes, brake jobs and tires on two vehicles for years and I was treated bad!

Jim and the rest of the staff are tremendous. Best service around and feel that they are honest with the customer. I tell everyone to go there. Very satisfied.

Knowledgeable Salesman

I got a flat tire which lead to purchasing four new tires because the tread was down to the warning bar. The Michelin tires were worn out and only had 38k miles on them. Alex advised that I should file a claim with Michelin since the tires are rated for 60k miles. Michelin granted a significant discount for a new set. Alex did a great job explaining the process and ensured timely completion.

Needs improvement

Scheduled an appointment for 12:00pm car wasnt pulled into the bay until 1:30pm. What is the point of scheduleing an appointment if they arent going to follow it. Very disappointed, most likely wont be back
