I had a wonderful experience at the New Castle Flynns location. Everyone was extremely helpful. Especially, John at the front. They really go the extra mile for you there. He even brought my vehicle back to my house!!

The shop did an outstanding job of assisting me with a flat tire due to a bolt in the tire. Everyone was very courteous especially the gentleman behind the desk...sorry but I can't remember his name. Everything was completed very quickly and they had me on my way very quickly. Outstanding job!!
