Unreasonable Expectation

When I bought four matching brand new tires from them, I was satisfied. When I got a flat on one of the tires in less than 1 month, they replaced it for about $20 (because I had bought Road Hazard Protection) and that was great! I wish however, the replacement tire exactly matched the other 3 tires. I like all 4 tires on my car to be exactly the same. Expecting the exact same type of replacement tire to match the damaged one was not as important to them as it is to me.
