Alternator on truck went bad just after 1 year but Flynns covered it and replaced it. Vehicle done same day and all is well. We thank them for that.

I always receive great service at Flynns. The counter personnel are courteous and answer any questions you may have. The servicemen are quick and efficient.
Had a tire go flat. Asked if they could fix it. Too badly beaten up, so replaced both rear tires.
Beat everyones price, dry pleasant and courteous to deal with. Will do business with them again for sure.

New ball joints ( upper & lower-both sides) installed in August of 2016. Failed state inspection in Dec. 2017 because of it. Ball joints only lasted 1yr 4 months? (not close to normal) and suspension rebuilt as well. Company would not stand behind ball joints ( supplier company that is). Flynns trying to get them to stand behind product. So far company declined due to 1yr warranty. What kind of supplier are they getting parts from? Old original 19 year old ball joints lasted 19 years on my 1997 Ford Ranger. Cost of new plus install and another alignment hurts customer pocket book. Drop this supplier for good. Supplier not customer oriented so why deal with them? Flynns working with us on new ones and we appreciate that.
