Had general altimax tires mounted and balanced along with wheel stud replacement and alignment. Vary good as always. We always get our tires here--best all around. Try them before you buy and service anywhere else.

I set up an appointment online for tires and to get the alignment done if needed. I also called a couple of days before my appointment to confirm that it was in place. When I arrived for my appointment, I asked to make sure they would do the alignment if it needed done and was told "they think they would have time to". After about an hour and a half I was told that a bolt was frozen and they couldn't get it loose to do the alignment, but that I still needed to get the part they could move aligned. I was also told that it would wear my new tires and that the solution is to just rotate them every 3000 miles so they wear more evenly. Mind you this is a business that primarily does tire and suspension work. I just paid almost $700 for tires, I do not need them to wear uneven and prematurely. I asked which part the bolt was frozen in (so I can get someone else to fix it), and was given a vague answer and that my dad could call and they could explain it to him. Very poor service
