Tire rotation

I bought my tires there and the staff is very nice, however, I would like to get my tires rotated, which I keep getting email reminders, and every time I stop or call its a 1 1/2-2 hour wait and they will not make appointments. I work through the day and cannot sit and wait for that long. I should be able to make an appointment so can schedule my time.

Another exceptional experience, Brian and the rest of the crew couldnt be more positive and professional. These folks give you the hometown service, and go out of their way to make sure that youre %100 satisfied before you leave. If you need tires or service give them a call and theyll meet all of your needs.

I dont wish to go on and on being repeatedly ignorant with my comments. So in nice terms, we have visited this garage many many times, mostly for warranty work, if that tells you anything. At times spending a great deal of time, waiting for hours while watching customers entering after us receive service and go out the door before us. As far as state inspections go, anticipate failing and being upsold on a variety of issues that need attention. If you address these issues on your own and return for a follow up inspection, anticipate failure again. If they dont get the repair work themselves, they will find faults in the work performed by others. When you find fault in the work this garage performs, prepare for denial of responsibility. We have spent THOUSANDS at this garage! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Another outstanding experience

I stopped to have the tires rotated on my wifes car, already knowing that her tires were getting pretty worn. Unfortunately they werent even worth rotating. Brian gave me a price on 4 tires, then he said maybe I can do ya a little better and he did !!!! If you have any tire needs dont hesitate to stop into Flynns. They treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure that youre completely satisfied. In the trying times of today its so nice to have a hometown business that treats you like family. Thanks Brian and the guys at Flynns !!!!!!!

Great bunch of folks!

There is a reason I buy my tires from Flynn's. They really know how to take care of their customers. Had a screw in my tire and had to get it fixed and I didn't have an appointment. I had got a more recent vehicle so I thought there would be a charge to fix the tire, but no charge!!! It's great to see a local company with such great customer loyalty. Very nice and efficient mechanics and all around great bunch of folks to do business with. Thank you!!!!

Awesome service at Flynn's

I took my car in for an alignment after I had the tires rotated. They were very busy but squeezed me in anyway. When I went back to pick up my car they told me that my car was within specs and didn't need aligned. All I was charged for was the basic alignment inspection. $22.00. I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciate the honesty of the Kittanning Flynn's staff. I use use Flynn's for all of my tire and mechanical issue needs. It's service like this that keeps me going back. Great service, great employees.
